Matthew C. McWilliams is the President and Managing Partner of McWilliams Capital Management and Cold Creek Solutions, a full-service development firm specializing in cold storage warehouse and logistics facilities. He is also a licensed real estate broker and the President of MCM Real Estate Advisors and MCM Ranch Advisors.

A fifth generation Texan, Matt has a strong passion for land and agriculture that stems from a multi-generational family ranching operation. Matt founded MCM Real Estate Advisors in 2017 and since then he has brokered and developed over $1 Billion of commercial and ranch real estate..

After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a BBA in marketing, Matt began his career in banking. In 2006, he went to work in corporate real estate representing a variety of Fortune 500 companies with acquisitions, dispositions, corporate relocations, site selections strategic planning, as well as real estate support in corporate mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure, he bought and sold more than 15 million square feet of industrial and commercial real estate space in over 25 states and handled over $200 million in agricultural transactions. Additionally, he leased millions of square feet across the U.S. and assembled hundreds of acres of land with a transaction value of more than $700 million and bought, sold and traded over 25,000 head of cattle. In 2016, Matt followed his passion and pursued sporting and recreational land sales while staying fully committed to his commercial real estate business and land advisory services across the county.

Matt is well known for his extensive knowledge in water rights, land management and natural resources development. He and his family live in Fort Worth, TX with their two dogs, Bear and Blondie. Matt is an avid quail hunter who also enjoys firing up the smoker on the weekend and any excuse to venture our west.
